Primary object of this society is to provide to its members with dwelling houses, flats and lands for construction of dwelling houses or flats or with finance for purchase of land for construction of dwelling houses or flats and maintenance of common services in connection therewith including any repair, renovation and replacement of the common areas and facilities in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies, Act, 2006, the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011 and the By-Laws of the society.
